About Us

Dr. Anish Mehta is a renowned Neurologist and Movement Disorders Specialist with over 12 years of clinical experience in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of neurological conditions. He currently serves as an Associate Professor and Consultant Neurologist at Ramaiah Medical College and Hospitals, Bengaluru.

A dedicated physician with deep academic and clinical roots, Dr. Mehta completed his MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine), and DM (Neurology) from the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, followed by a PDF in Movement Disorders from the National Institute of Neuroscience, Singapore, supported by the International Movement Disorders Society.

With over 114 publications and contributions to respected medical books like "Ward Rounds in Clinical Neurology", Dr. Mehta is committed to advancing research and knowledge in neurology. His work has been recognized at the national level, including being awarded as one of the Top 10 Knowledge Producers in India (2017–2018) by Careers360.

He has successfully treated more than 10,000 patients, offering expert care across a wide range of neurological services—from Stroke, Epilepsy, and Headache to specialized care for Parkinson’s Disease and other Movement Disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromuscular Disorders, and Neuroimmunology conditions.

Dr. Mehta is also deeply involved in community outreach and awareness programs. He organizes impactful events such as the "PD Carnival" and "PD Solidarity Walk" to support and empower Parkinson’s warriors and their caregivers.

Work Experience
After completing DM in Neurology from August 2013 till August 2016 , I have been working as an associate professor in the Dept. of Neurology at Ramaiah Medical College and hospitals, Bangalore, India from October 2016 to date. Ramaiah Medical College was started in the year 1979 and has since grown into an institute of recognition and repute in India and abroad.
